A story that began long before the brand.
My grandfather started by acquiring small farms around Jabalquinto. My father continued that work by transforming the olive grove through irrigation, planning, and a very rigorous way of making decisions.
For him, the countryside was a place where he could unwind, remember his roots, and plan for the next season.
Pedro Cabrera was born to continue that work and give a voice to a story built over three generations.
