We do not bottle all of our production. Each year we monitor the evolution of our estates, analyze the fruit, and select only the origin that best represents the harvest.
The chosen estate changes with each vintage. Its name appears on the bottle as part of that edition's identity.
We select the fruit at the moment it meets the conditions we seek to produce a fresh, clean, and balanced EVOO.
The Picual variety is the protagonist of this edition, cultivated on our estates in Jabalquinto and processed in batches to preserve the identity of each harvest.

Store in a cool place, away from light and heat.

Designed to be consumed raw and to accompany simple dishes where oil takes center stage.
Bread, tomatoes, vegetables, salads, cheeses, fish, or simply a few drops when finishing a dish.
The farm for this edition will be decided after analyzing the evolution and quality of the fruit from our plots.
Once the selection is made, its name will be part of this bottle.
